We originally just wanted to replace our old shower/tub combo with a walk-in shower that would be easier for my parents to use when they visit. Our guest bathroom was looking really dated, however, so we decided to do a bigger remodel instead. We had several companies give us quotes, and Vadim gave us a very good estimate along with an acceptable timeline. We are so glad that we had him take on our project. His work ethic and attention to detail are absolutely top notch. Most importantly, the finished project was above and beyond our expectations. You can see the before and after pictures attached.

Was referred to JVT construction by a friend who praised him for the excellent remodel work done in his home. And now I understand why. I contacted Vadim for a remodel in my bedroom - new flooring, painting, and fan installation. He was available within a reasonable time. I am very pleased with his work. I had my ceiling, walls, doors, and crown mounding painted. He made sure to use the correct sheens of paint where applicable. Also made sure to apply several coats, which I very much appreciate. Masking was excellent, some of the best lines I’ve seen. Vadim installed new flooring, based on his recommendations. I trust his guidance and am also very pleased with the flooring. He also removed my old fan and installed a new one which functions perfectly. Vadim went above and beyond by offering to install new blinds, baseboards, and to replace all the hardware in my room to chrome for a more coordinated look all around. Vadim did a massive amount of work for me. Shower install, panels around the existing tub including plumbing and fixtures, new drywall and drywall repair throughout the house. Interior paint, flooring and baseboards of entire house. Exterior siding and paint. He is very meticulous and takes the time to do it perfectly. Vadim did an excellent job on several repairs and upgrades in my bedrooms and bathrooms after we had some water damage. He was professional, on time and very good to work with. He did everything from fixtures to flooring to painting and it was done exceptionally well the first time, with no rework needed. He was the only company who went the extra mile and actually looked into where the leak came from and gave us suggestions to fix. His service to repair included removing a damaged stud and insulation, which the other (high rated, larger) companies told me they wouldn't do. It ended up being mostly rotten and definitely needed replacing. He is very professional, kind, responsive and does high quality work. His rates are competitive.
